Warranty Information and Return Policy

Requirements for Nursery Plants:

50% credit on a new plant that is the same or similar value to the plant that has died if…
  1. The plant was a 3 gallon or larger plant when purchased.
  2. The plant has died within a year of
    purchasing the plant.
  3. The plant was not discounted when
    purchased.
You must have a picture and/or branch of the plant that has died
You must have proof of purchase (paper receipt, online purchase record, etc.)

Holding Plants in the Nursery:

We will hold plants in the nursery for no more than 5 business days if…
  1. The plants are 3 gallon or larger
  2. The plants are paid in full
This is subject to change if the plants are bought during a sale or event day; please refer to management.

Quantity Discount on Nursery Plants:

We will provide a 15% quantity discount on Nursery plants if…
  1. 15 or more of the same plant are purchased at one time
  2. The plants are a 3 gallon or larger
  3. The plants are not already discounted or bought during a sale

Outdoor Products Refund Policy

Landscape DPayments - Due on Receiptesign

  1. Payments must be received prior to the product being delivered or picked up.
  2. Due on Receipt payments can be paid with check, debit/credit card, or cash.

FEES

  1. A $40.00 fee will be charged for any check returned NSF (non-sufficient funds)
  2. A $25.00 non refundable pallet fee will be charged for any Belgard products.

Returns

  1. Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  2. Returned items must be in clean, re-sellable condition, palletized or packed in their original format.
  3. Smucker Gardens reserves the right to not accept a returnable item if it is damaged or unsellable.
  4. Returns are not accepted for Bulk Materials or Bagged Products.

Return Policy: all annuals and houseplants have a 2 day return policy. (plants must be in healthy condition and will need to be approved by a manager before they are returned.
